Government scholarships
The government scholarship covers tuition, a monthly stipend and a year of Korean language training. Applications go through an embassy or a university track, and the two have different deadlines.

Comparing schools with real numbers
Universities are required to publish tuition, dropout rates, dormitory capacity and employment outcomes. It is dull reading and it answers most of the questions an agency will not.
